Changes to VAT treatment of overseas goods sold to customers from 1 January 2021 to the United Kingdom

Concernint the new rules of the United Kindom, we have now a minuimum order value of GBP 135,- net value of the goods. Please make sure in you order, that you order is over GBP 135,- net value (about min. 150.00 EURO) Please note that we deliver without VAT, but for importing the item, you as the customer, has to pay this UK VAT and additional importing charges to the parcel service like British Mail or Parcel Force

Shipping restrictions:
The merchandise on sale in this online store are mainly limited to articles, unique pieces and One of a Kinds. A delivery can therefore only within the limited editon. The item description explains the restrictions in quantities. 

The item “Holzwolle” (=excelsior) is not supplied in the USA / Canada and to Australia / New Zealand. (for items: Holzwolle in Ballen, 20 kg and holzwolle)

Delivery times:
The delivery times in the article description indicated to a German delivery address. A delivery outside Germany may lead a longer delivery time. Please see for the delivery extenstion to your special country here.

Minimum Order Value:
The Minimum Order Value for each order is EURO 4.00. For Orders less than EURO 4.00 we charge a low order fee with EURO 4.00
